We are looking for a receptionist who will be responsible for greeting and managing clients and visitors to our office. The candidate will be in charge of providing clear directions to visitors, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phone calls, and taking messages along with sorting and distributing mail.
To be successful in this role, excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. Competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. 2- 3 years of experience as an administrative/receptionist will be an added advantage.
